Intelligent article maintenance - simple + fast = efficient
Various AI functions for text creation and optimisation are available in advanter via the API connection to ChatGPT.
Wherever you find this symbol, you can call up the ChatGPT function menu by clicking on it:
For example, in the area of article description:
Click on the icon to open the ChatGPT function menu. Here you now have various options for creating or editing texts.
If you have not yet created a description text for your article, you can have a text created by clicking on ‘Generate’. Either completely freely or with the help of keywords that you enter in the field at the bottom – this is possible by voice input or using the keyboard.
As the animation shows, you can edit the generated text in various ways. You can expand and optimise it, shorten or summarise it. You can correct errors, change genders or change the tone of address. It’s all very simple and can be done in seconds.
A click on ‘Translate’ opens the language selection menu with the languages English, French, German and Polish. Simply select the desired target language and ‘bang’: Your texts are translated.
Click ‘Save’ to transfer the item description to your advanter item data.
Multilingualism made easy: Automatically translate article texts
Click on the item name to open the input mask for the different language versions. Depending on your preference, you can create your item description in 4 different languages via Deepl or ChatGPT.
Customised article images with a click: AI image generation in the article module
Click on the pencil icon in the image area to open the ChatGPT icon for image generation. Here you can generate your customised article images using the corresponding prompts.
Manage address data efficiently: AI support in sales
Maintaining address data is often tedious, time-consuming and error-prone – a real disruptive factor, especially in day-to-day sales. Thanks to the AI integration in advanter, this process can now be made much more efficient.
In the address module, the ChatGPT functions are available to you in all free text fields by clicking on the corresponding icon.
For example, you can automatically generate structured detailed texts in the ‘Address information’ area – individually, quickly and reliably.
AI also makes address maintenance much easier in the ‘Notes’ area:
Instead of entering long texts manually, you can simply record your information via audio – ChatGPT automatically converts it into professionally formulated text. Alternatively, you can simply enter keywords – for example, for a customer meeting or a planned appointment – and have a complete, well-structured protocol created.
As usual, you can then edit the text further: shorten, expand, stylistically adapt or translate – directly in advanter, without any additional effort.
AI-generated business correspondence - automatic and customised
You now also receive creative support when composing letters, offers, emails, etc.
ChatGPT automatically creates a suitable text suggestion based on the letter name and subject – for example, for a customised cover letter.
Either select one of the existing letter titles or create a new one. Click on the ChatGPT icon to open the function menu for text creation.
You can structure, expand, shorten, translate or refine it with additional keywords – or, of course, edit it manually. Click on Save to transfer the text to the advanter letter template.
Generate context-based texts for your offers in seconds
Offer texts can now also be conveniently created automatically from the context in advanter.
To do this, simply open an existing offer from the customer for whom you want to create a new quotation and click on the header and footer icon. In the window that opens, use the checkbox to select the desired keywords – depending on the content and objective of the quote.
Click on the ChatGPT icon to open the function menu, which you can use to automatically generate the appropriate offer text.
